11 Evolve - Terms and Conditions
1. Services Provided
1.1 11 Evolve will provide digital marketing services as outlined in the proposal and agreed upon by the client. These services may include, but are not limited to, SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media management, email marketing, and web design.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Invoices are issued on a monthly basis or upon completion of specific project milestones, as detailed in the service agreement.
2.2 Payment is due in full within 5 business days of the invoice date.
2.3 If the client fails to pay an invoice by the due date, 11 Evolve reserves the right to suspend all services until payment is received in full.
2.4 Continued failure to pay may result in the termination of the contract, and any outstanding balances will still be owed by the client.
3. Late Payment
3.1 Late payments will incur a late fee of 5% per month on the outstanding balance, or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is lower.
3.2 In the event of late payment, 11 Evolve may also charge for any costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs.
4. Suspension and Termination of Services
4.1 If payment is not received in full by the due date, 11 Evolve will notify the client of the impending suspension of services.
4.2 If payment is still not received within 5 business days of this notification, services will be suspended until full payment is made.
4.3 Repeated late payments or non-payment may result in permanent termination of services.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 All payments are non-refundable, except as otherwise provided by law or specific agreement.
6. Changes to Terms
6.1 11 Evolve reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
7. Governing Law
7.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
8. Agreement
8.1 By engaging 11 Evolve for digital marketing services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
